  13.  Israel, 9.11-10.36.  IV. The reigns of Athaliah and Jehoash over Judah,
  14.  11.1-12.21.  V.  The reigns of Jehoahaz and Joash over Israel, and the last
  15.  ministry of Elisha, 13.1-25.  VI. From the death of Elisha to the captivity
  16.  of Israel, 14.1-17.41.  VII.  From the accession of Hezekiah to the
  17.  captivity of Judah, 18.1-25.30.
